Return window

Return requests are accepted within 7 days after delivery, except where specific conditions are stated at purchase time.

Product conditions

Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original sealed packaging when required.

Refund method

After return validation, refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit according to store rules.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetics are not eligible for return unless a quality issue is confirmed upon delivery.
